Cherry Creek Holiday Market - Denver, CO
Oonus Moondus designed and implemented administrative systems to strengthen efficiency and executive oversight, while managing all staff contracting, vendor relationships, and financial processes. Detailed budget tracking and analysis were maintained throughout, and sustainability initiatives were led to achieve a 70% waste diversion rate. These efforts supported an event that contributed to over 100,000 seasonal attendees and generated more than $600,000 in local small-business revenue.

Oh What Fun! - Austin, TX – Inaugural Year
Oonus Moondus built full operational and administrative infrastructure from the ground up, encompassing the design and management of retailer CRM systems, site operations for the full event duration, and all staff contracting, financial systems, and reporting. Sustainability initiatives were implemented to achieve a 70% waste diversion rate, and a social media presence was launched that grew from zero to over 500,000 impressions within months. Scalable systems were established that enabled successful expansion into new seasons and locations.

DEEP TROPICS MUSIC AND CULTURE FESTIVAL
Deep Tropics is a sustainability-driven music and culture festival blending world-class electronic artists, immersive experiences, and climate-forward initiatives. Designed as both a celebration and a platform for impact, the festival integrates entertainment, environmental responsibility, and community engagement at scale.

A formal organizational structure was built and implemented, with defined departments, cross-functional meeting systems, and executive oversight frameworks established to drive clarity and performance. Streamlined HR, contracting, and department-level operational systems were developed alongside a staff hospitality initiative designed to strengthen culture and output. Sustainability programming achieved a 94% waste diversion rate, and the festival was delivered as the most successful and first sold-out edition to date.
